Electrolysis targets and kills all hair in all skin types in any area of the body. Your hair can be grey, white, blonde, red, brown or black. Electrolysis will destroy and kill the root, eliminating the hair growth. Skin or hair pigment play no part in the destruction of hair by electrolysis. It will eliminate any growth.

Laser hair removal will kill only certain hair colours. It targets pigment, therefore, does not work on light hair (blonde, white, grey). Because it targets pigment, it does not work well on certain skin tones. It is ineffective on darker skin tones and light hair.
